Overcome

It’s September of 1940, and the Nazi bombing of London has just begun. To escape the danger, hundreds of children are sent out of London into the English countryside to stay primarily with unknown families. Among them are five children who are all taken in by a young couple. As the Londoners adjust to their new home, the arrival of two German refugee children upends their world and makes them question what they believe and what love, courage, and forgiveness really mean.
